Supervising First Aid for Mental Health Level 3 – 2 Day Course
Leading Positive Mental Health in the Workplace
Mental health conditions can affect anyone, whether personally or through a family member, friend or colleague. The Supervising First Aid for Mental Health Level 3 – 2 Day Course builds on the Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health, providing learners with a more detailed understanding of a wider range of mental health conditions.
The course also explores the different types of therapy and professional support that may be provided during the treatment of a mental health condition. It is suitable for anyone within the workplace but is particularly aimed at those in supervisory or managerial positions who have responsibility for implementing a positive mental health culture and overseeing First Aid for Mental Health within their organisation.
Successful learners can achieve the FAA Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health (RQF), with the equivalent Scottish qualification being the Award in Leading First Aid for Mental Health at SCQF Level 6.
